We want you to love your new product/s, but we know you may change for mind for whatever reason, this is ok with us we are here to help you in whatever way we can.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your new kitchen product/s simply send them back in their undamaged and original unused packaging.
Returns are accepted up to 14 days after delivery – exchanges and refunds can be given on damaged products when we are notified with 48hrs of delivery. With photographic evidence of damage.
Refunds are sent back to the original payment details used for checkout within 14 days of the product/s being returned to us.
All returns are being paid for by the customer unless there is a manufacturer’s fault. We do not offer a collection service
